Depersonalization and gender dysphoria
Some transgender people experience depersonalization and derealization, symptoms which are generally characterized as “feelings of unreality". This is a natural and normal effect of very real life experience. Depersonalization can be very hard to handle, but if you experience depersonalization you are not alone and there are ways to feel better.
